The Job at a Glance

As a Performance Marketing Manager at andweekly, you will develop and implement campaigns to build awareness and generate leads with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. You will embrace our customers' digital marketing strategies and develop campaign strategies to help our customers achieve their growth targets.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a creative and analytical mindset and a desire for new and exciting challenges in digital B2B marketing.

 

Responsibilities

  • You will design, plan and implement paid search and paid social campaigns for a wide range of andweekly customers in the B2B sector
  • You will create stylistically and grammatically flawless ads based on our customers' content and campaign strategies
  • You will monitor and analyze the campaign tactics of our customers' competitors and optimize search and social campaigns for optimal performance
  • You will keep an eye on our customers' goals and continuously optimize campaigns to create awareness and generate high-quality leads
  • You will research industry-specific topics and use online sources, interviews and studies to delve deep into our customers' topics
  • You will work closely with the Customer Success, Content and Design teams at andweekly to continuously improve the quality of paid campaigns

 

Requirements

  • Excellent skills in the areas of Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions
  • A soft spot for B2B topics and lead generation for B2B solutions
  • High level of creativity and ability to use constructive feedback and data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
  • Knowledge of common digital marketing tactics and paid search and paid social techniques
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a 100% virtual organization
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace, Asana and Slack
  • Native-level fluency in German (C2) and advanced proficiency in English (C1)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and self-driven
